Cancellation Policy: Participant cancellations must be received in writing ten (10) business days prior to the workshop start date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will receive a non-refundable credit toward future products or seminars. Research Associates reserves the right to cancel any workshop if classes do not meet a minimum number of thirty (30) participants or in the event of an emergency such as staff illness, inclement weather, shipping or training site problems, transportation system delays or shutdowns, national emergencies, etc. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency, the class will be re-scheduled. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via e-mail, fax, or letter, and your payment will be either refunded or credited to your account. By registering for and participating in any of our classes, you agree to limit our maximum liabilities and your eligible reimbursement solely to your registration fees and not any travel costs or penalties, etc. Thank you again for selecting Research Associates to provide your training and grant services.
