Products are generally shipped within 15 business days of the request using the US Postal Service. Customers will be notified if anticipated shipping time is longer. Please do not contact RA to check on the status of an order if it is within 15 business days of the request. No international orders.
Shipping & Handling
Research Associates charges a 9% shipping & handling fee on all product orders.
Product Refunds
Due to the confidential nature of our products and possible copyright violations, all products are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a product, please send a detailed e-mail to ContactUs@grantexperts.com that includes your name, contact information, date product was ordered, payment method, and the problem that you are encountering, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
