Research Associates was founded in 1985 with a purpose to create opportunities to improve lives. We are driven by our mission to be the leader at helping schools and large nonprofits in the southeastern US obtain and use grant resources effectively and efficiently to achieve their missions. We will realize our mission and purpose by: (1) maintaining high quality work standards; (2) building long-term client relationships based on mutual trust and respect; (3) serving customers with a high degree of reliability while consistently exceeding their expectations; and (4) adhering to high ethical standards. Our staff includes experienced researchers, grant writers, trainers, program evaluators, and program administrators who enable us to offer comprehensive grant-related products and services. Since our founding, we have trained more than 25,000 individuals, developed over $260 million in grant proposals, and achieved a success rate of 90 percent. While we are proud of these accomplishments, we continually strive to do better to help all who use our products and services turn their ideas into reality. Our grants development services are designed primarily for school districts and large, private nonprofit organizations affiliated with a school district. Our training seminars, and publications are designed to meet the needs of novice and experienced grant professionals and organizations interested in staff development. Our program evaluations focus on large, education-related grants including: Smaller Learning Communities, Early Reading First, School-Based Mentoring, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and Teaching American History. |
